First Time Pawner Promo

PROMO PERIOD

The PawnHero First Time Pawner Promo ("Promotion") shall run from August 10, 2026 to December 31, 2026 ("Promo Period").

HOW TO JOIN

1. Visit the PawnHero physical shop located at 7th Floor, Avecshares Center, Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig during the Promo Period. This Promotion is exclusively available to pawners who complete their loan transaction at the physical shop. Transactions made through the PawnHero website, mobile application, or any other channel are not eligible.
2. Present an eligible collateral item for appraisal and submit all documentary requirements necessary to process the loan transaction.
3. Qualify as a first time PawnHero pawner, as verified by PawnHero's records.
4. If the pawned item is accepted and receives an Approved Loan Value of at least Twenty Thousand Pesos (P20,000.00), the transaction shall qualify for the Promotion.
5. Complete all required pawn documentation. Upon the successful release of the loan proceeds, the applicable one-time Cash reward shall be released to the pawner based on the Approved Loan Value of the specific qualified loan transaction. No registration, coupon, or promo code is required.

ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to individuals who:

• Are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
• Are first-time PawnHero pawners; and
• Personally completed a qualified loan transaction at PawnHero's physical shop during the Promo Period.

For purposes of this Promotion:

First Time PawnHero Pawner refers to a pawner who has never previously completed a successful loan transaction with PawnHero, as verified by PawnHero's records.

Approved Loan Value refers to the final amount approved by PawnHero for an eligible pawned item after appraisal, verification, and evaluation in accordance with PawnHero's internal appraisal and credit policies. The Approved Loan Value shall determine the pawner's eligibility and the applicable Cash reward under this Promotion.

Release of loan proceeds refers to the successful disbursement of the approved loan amount to the pawner after completion of PawnHero's appraisal, verification, documentation, and approval process. A loan transaction shall be deemed successfully completed only upon the release of the loan proceeds.

QUALIFIED TRANSACTIONS

To qualify for the Promotion, the pawner must:

• Be a first time PawnHero pawner;
• Complete a qualified loan transaction during the Promo Period;
• Personally transact at PawnHero's physical shop;
• Pawn an eligible collateral item accepted by PawnHero; and
• Receive an Approved Loan Value of at least P20,000.00 for the pawned item.

Eligible collateral includes, but is not limited to:

• Luxury Bags
• Luxury Watches
• Gold Jewelry
• Diamond Jewelry
• Premium Gadgets
• Consumer Electronics
• Other eligible collateral accepted by PawnHero, subject to appraisal and approval.

CASH reward

Qualified pawners shall be awarded a one-time Cash reward based on the Approved Loan Value of their specific qualified loan transaction. No registration, coupon, or promo code is required.

The applicable Cash reward shall be determined based on the final Approved Loan Value of the specific qualified loan transaction.

The Cash reward shall be released separately in cash upon the successful release of the pawner's loan proceeds.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. To qualify for the Promotion, the pawner must create a pawn ticket during the Promo Period from August 10, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
2. This Promotion is valid only for first time PawnHero pawners.
3. This Promotion is exclusively available to pawners who complete their pawn transaction at PawnHero's physical shop located at 7th Floor, Avecshares Center, Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig.
4. This Promotion applies to qualified pawn transactions across all categories of items with an approved loan value of at least P20,000.00.
5. Qualified pawners shall receive a one-time Cash reward of up to P500.00, based on the Approved Loan Value of the qualified pawned item.
6. Each qualified pawner is entitled to receive the applicable Cash reward for only one (1) qualified pawn transaction during the Promo Period. No registration, coupon, or promo code is required.
7. Each qualified pawner may avail of the Promotion only once during the Promo Period. If a pawner completes multiple qualified pawn transactions or pawns multiple eligible items during the same visit or at any time during the Promo Period, only one (1) pawned item shall be eligible for the Cash reward. If more than one (1) pawned item qualifies, the Cash reward shall be applied only to the pawned item with the highest Approved Loan Value.
8. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, and cannot be exchanged for cash, products, services, discounts, or other promotional offers.
9. The Promotion may only be applied once to a specific pawned item. If the same item is redeemed and subsequently pawned again, it shall no longer be eligible for the Promotion.
10. PawnHero reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all pawners and transactions and to disqualify any pawner found to have violated these Promo Mechanics or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest conduct.
11. By participating in this Promotion, pawners agree to be bound by these Promo Mechanics and all applicable PawnHero policies.

DISQUALIFICATION

A pawner shall be disqualified from the Promotion if:

• The pawner is not a first time PawnHero pawner, as verified by PawnHero's records;
• The loan transaction does not satisfy the eligibility requirements stated in these Promo Mechanics;
• The transaction is cancelled, voided, or otherwise not successfully completed;
• The loan proceeds are not successfully released;
• The pawner has previously availed of the Promotion;
• The transaction is determined to be fraudulent or in violation of these Promo Mechanics; or
• The pawner provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information.

PawnHero reserves the right to make the final determination on all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of these Promo Mechanics.
